Terms of Service
Terms for using Laundry Guru, the laundry tracking software provided by CARDAN Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
Use of the service
Laundry Guru is designed to support operational laundry tracking, including item logging, workflow visibility, status tracking, accountability, and related operational features. The service is intended to help teams manage laundry processes more clearly and consistently.
Software only
Laundry Guru is software. It does not physically handle laundry items or operate onboard laundry processes for users.
Feature availability
Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system support, permissions, internet connectivity, or subscription status.
Subscriptions
If a subscription is purchased through Apple, billing is handled through the user’s App Store account.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for notifying support if unauthorized access is suspected. Organizations are responsible for managing team access and user permissions.
Operational records
Laundry Guru helps structure operational records, but teams remain responsible for verifying item details, delivery records, and handover decisions.
Customer responsibilities
Customers and authorized users are responsible for maintaining appropriate internal processes, reviewing access, entering accurate information, and complying with laws that apply to their operating environment.
Availability and support
CARDAN Technologies aims to provide a dependable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party services, or events outside our control.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, or use Laundry Guru in a way that harms other users or systems.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Laundry Guru after changes means the updated terms apply.
