Account deletion
Users can request deletion of a Laundry Guru account by contacting CARDAN Technologies at support@cardantech.co.za.
How to request deletion
Email support@cardantech.co.za from the email address linked to the account. Include your name, organization, and a clear request to delete the Laundry Guru account.
If you cannot access that email address, include enough information for support to verify the request before any account changes are made.
Verification
We may need to verify the requester's identity and confirm whether the account is connected to a workspace or organization before completing deletion.
What may be deleted
Account profile information and direct user access may be deleted or deactivated where appropriate. Operational records may be anonymized, removed, or retained depending on the relevant customer, legal, and operational requirements.
Expected handling
CARDAN Technologies will review deletion requests and respond with any verification steps or retained-record explanation that applies to the account.
What may be retained
Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, support, backup, or legitimate operational reasons. Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
